Primary Care Professional Opportunity
The role of the APP at our organization involves assisting physicians and other nursing personnel in delivering primary health care and patient care. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, and providing care, performing patient examinations, compiling patient information and documentation, reviewing patient reports, making recommendations, and refilling medications.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions to provide appropriate care
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet patients' needs
* Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions
Requirements
* Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program required
* One to three years of experience preferred
* Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), DEA license, and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Physician Assistant (PA) required
