Support Worker role involves providing person‑centred support to people with complex needs, including programme planning, person‑centred plans, working on own initiative and supporting the philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification essential
Full, clean driver's licence essential
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Passion for providing person‑centred support
Ability to work on own initiative
