35,000 to 38,000 (DOE) + end of year bonus and incentive after probation
This role provides administrative support within a team-based environment, working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers via phone and email. The position involves delivering full administrative support in line with established processes and procedures to ensure high service levels. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations and projects such as data updates, analysis, planning, logistics, and system updates. The role also requires proactively managing scheduled activities, communications, and supplier or driver support to ensure deadlines are met. The successful candidate will contribute to the wider team while developing skills and progressing within the department.
What will I be doing every day?
* Provide day-to-day administrative support within the State Services Team.
* Act as a primary contact for phone and email enquiries, managing shared inboxes and delivering accurate, timely responses.
* Proactively manage scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet agreed service levels.
* Support fleet administration including fuel cards, toll tags, vehicle movements, hire cars, fines, road tax, vehicle ordering, deliveries, and GPS management.
* Manage CVRT administration by liaising with Technical Managers and suppliers to ensure vehicle compliance and reporting.
* Maintain accurate system updates and data entry, including mileage, cost centre changes, pool and surplus fleet management.
* Collaborate with internal departments, attend team meetings, follow procedures, and contribute to team and individual performance targets.
