Position: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Limerick, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical teams on-site to ensure project deadlines are met
Oversee installation, maintenance, and testing of mechanical systems, equipment, and pipework
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to guide team operations
Monitor work progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring all team members adhere to regulations and site procedures
Provide technical guidance and problem‑solving support to mechanical teams
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to report on progress, challenges, and resource needs
Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
Maintain accurate records of work completed, manpower hours, and site reports
Promote continuous improvement in workflows, productivity, and safety standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within mechanical installation or construction
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pipework, and fabrication processes
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Proven track record of maintaining safety and quality standards on large projects
Safe Pass and relevant site safety training/certifications
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
Commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
