About the Position:
* Deliver first and second-line support for business-critical applications across departments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating to vendors or developers when necessary.
* Maintain detailed documentation for application configurations, procedures, and known issues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve application functionality.
* Assist in system upgrades, patching, and deployment activities.
Software Quality Assurance
* Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing software applications.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
* Work closely with developers and analysts to ensure software meets business requirements.
* Contribute to automation testing initiatives where applicable.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and software testing roles.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
* Familiarity with issue tracking and test management tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
