Job Description
Location: The Maritime Hotel, The Quay
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a friendly, guest-focused environment? The Maritime Hotel is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
Whether you have experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, or even your own business, we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by a dedicated training buddy.
About The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures
* Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff and guests
* Balance guest accounts accurately
* Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, healthcare, etc.)
* Strong communication and IT skills
* Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
* A genuine passion for customer service
