About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting our wide range of hardware and building products, and maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify and engage with potential clients, including builders, contractors, and local businesses
* Promote our full range of hardware and building products
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the hardware, construction, or building materials sector
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships
* Self-motivation and a target-driven approach with the ability to work independently on the road
* Good knowledge of hardware/building supplies is highly advantageous
* Full clean driving licence required
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
