The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing multiple relationships, ensuring all aspects of service align with contractual agreements, and supporting operational teams in delivering exceptional service.
The role involves exposure to a broad range of shareholder services, including transaction processing, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, collaborating with operational teams, acting as primary point of contact for clients, and participating in client meetings, audits, and due diligence visits.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and supporting the development and implementation of new service offerings.
