We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing routers, and master data within Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will bring strong process and manufacturing engineering experience within a regulated medical device environment, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and validate BOMs, manufacturing routers, and associated master data in Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP.
Ensure master data integrity across manufacturing modules, including item attributes, work centers, resources, and routings.
Collaborate with process and manufacturing engineers to define optimal production steps, work centers, and labor standards.
Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and design transfer activities by creating initial BOMs, routers, and master data setups.
Ensure BOMs and routers align with engineering drawings, specifications, and approved manufacturing processes.
Participate in Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes and ensure timely updates in ERP systems.
Conduct audits and updates to BOMs, routers, and master data to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot discrepancies between system documentation and shop floor practices.
Provide training and support to internal teams on Oracle ERP usage, manufacturing documentation, and master data management.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
Hands-on experience in process/manufacturing engineering, including process mapping, validation, and optimization.
Proficiency in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion ERP, especially in manufacturing modules (BOM, Work in Process, Inventory, Master Data).
