We’re working with a well-established care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, seeking Social Care Workers to join their team.Please email your CV to mmiller@medforce.ieYou’ll play a key role in helping individuals live independently, supporting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.The Role:Support individuals with day-to-day livingAssist with personal care and medicationEncourage independence and social inclusionMaintain accurate records and follow care plansWork as part of a supportive teamWhat we’re looking for:Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent Health/Social Care qualification).CORU registration, or proof of application in progress.At least 1 year’s experience supporting vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.Knowledge of current national and sectoral policy developments within disability social care services.Ability to implement, review, and contribute to support plans tailored to individual needs.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.Full driver’s licence and access to own car essential.What’s on offer:Full training and ongoing developmentSupportive, values-driven environmentApplication Note:We aim to provide feedback where possible.
