We are seeking a highly experienced Quarry Plant Fitter with 15+ years of hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of modern mobile rock processing equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and repairing a range of quarry machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform repair and preventative maintenance on a wide range of mobile quarry equipment, including:Kleemann Jaw CrushersTerex Cone CrushersPowerscreen, Finlay, and McCloskey track screensCAT and Volvo loadersDiagnose faults and carry out effective solutions on mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on fixed and mobile plant.Maintain, service, and repair conveyor systems, including belt replacement, tracking, and roller maintenance.Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime.Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 15 years' experience as a plant fitter in a quarrying, mining, or heavy plant environment.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with:Mobile crushers and screenersConveyor systemsLoaders (CAT, Volvo)Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and fault-finding skills.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
