My client, based in the Pharma industry in Dublin 15, is seeking an administrator for a 3-month temporary position. This on-site project may be extended slightly longer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Creating information on the new internal database
2. Sourcing data within the business
3. Data entry
4. Updating maintenance records in SAP
5. Updating purchase orders in SAP
6. Creating purchase agreements
7. Liaising with management and other divisions
8. Creating stock parts on the internal system
9. Inventory control and stock taking
10. Updating Excel database
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in administration
* Experience in Pharma, logistics, or procurement is preferred but not essential
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
