We are currently recruiting for a Guest Relations Manager position.
Main Purpose of the Job:
Develop and maintain the acknowledgment of all Top VIP guests visiting the property.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Establish Guest Relations awareness programs for employees with a focus on Guest Preference Pads and the conviction that each and every employee is part of the Guest Relations Team
2. Maintain the VIP treatment plan over the hotel and ensure it is respected.
3. Take ownership of all VIP`s organizing their stay, amenity program, pre-contact and coordinate all information and preferences with other departments
4. Meet repeat guests upon arrival to hotel and, whenever possible, build relationship with key Guests.

Please note, this role is based on-site fulltime at the Hotel and includes evening and weekend work schedules. Candidates require current legal status to live and work in Ireland without restrictions.
