Operational Supervisor
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
* Supervise and support production staff during daily activities
* Maintain product quality, safety, and output levels
* Ensure timely completion of production targets
* Promote a safe and organized working environment
* Enforce adherence to company safety and hygiene protocols
* Compile operational reports and communicate any issues to management
* Contribute to staff training and onboarding initiatives as needed
* Previous experience in supervisory or team leadership roles within a production setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
