Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow export sales of beef products across European markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase market share
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximise profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in beef trading and international meat sales
- Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of export compliance, logistics, and European meat markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple accounts
