Healthcare industry,
is currently looking for a
Surgical Sales Executive
to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This will be primarily on the road covering Munster with a focus on Cork, Waterford, and Limerick
.
This position will suit a high-performing sales individual and will manage, develop, and grow the Orthopaedic implant and power tools portfolio within the Munster region.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth to meet profitability and margin targets while expanding opportunities with existing and new customers.
Promote and develop the Orthopaedic Implants & Power Tools portfolio, positioning the brand as a market leader.
Lead theatre and hospital capital projects, delivering value as a trusted systems partner.
Enhance service models for orthopaedic procedures and power tools across all disciplines.
Build and strengthen partnerships within public and private hospitals in Munster.
Manage key projects and identify efficiencies, growth opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing insights and feedback to business leadership.
Deliver training, presentations, in-services, and education to end-users.
Represent the company and its products professionally, maintaining strong customer relationships and credibility.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Attend national and international exhibitions and conferences to support business growth.
Requirements
Sales/Commercial experience in the medical/healthcare industry for a minimum of 2/3 years.
Proven experience in building customer relationships.
An excellent communicator with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels.
Resilient, able to deal with a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the tenacity to effectively handle and move past objections.
Full clean driving license and flexible to travel onsite to meet clients.
