Job Overview
The Senior Product Owner plays a pivotal role in defining and delivering core operational capabilities, encompassing monitoring management of device lifecycles and mass deployment features for field devices and systems. This involves orchestrating fleet-wide firmware/configuration rollouts across Q-SYS systems within Reflect.
This position requires strong leadership skills to turn enterprise integrator/MSP needs into clear roadmaps with well-groomed backlogs, production-ready requirements artifacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of cloud application features throughout their entire lifecycle, including concept retirement, critical resource allocation for the Q-SYS Developer Team.
* 1. Fundamental Roles & Expectations:
* Liaising with Engineering UX Cloud/Dev Ops Support/CS teams to collaborate on key objectives. Acting as a bridge between US India teams to improve time-zone overlap clarity delivery velocity globally dispersed organization.
* Sr.PO partners with cross-functional stakeholders like product owners/product managers analytics license portal ship coherent high-quality outcomes,
