Job Description
CBM Munster Construction Limited requires multiple Carpenter, Plasterer, and Plumber at Rossestown, Thurles Co.Tipperary. The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Window and Door Installation: Removal and fitting of uPVC windows and doors, Removal and fitting of composite doors, Fitting of Velux windows.
* Roofing and Ventilation: Fitting of roof vents, Installation of fascia, soffit, and downpipes (including removal of existing), and boxing of ventilation pipes.
* Internal Works: Creating stud work and fitting internal insulation, Fitting windowboards, Cutting and fitting internal doors.
* Other: Performing other related works as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a qualified Carpenter, Plasterer, and Plumber with a strong background in residential construction.
* Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and building regulations.
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English.
