Project Manager Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the planning and execution of capital works projects within our Hospital / Medical Sector. The successful candidate will oversee major and minor projects, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and approved maintenance programmes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in project management, construction, or related fields. They should also have knowledge of EU Procurement legislation, Government construction procurement guidelines, and Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards.
Responsibilities will include managing specific Minor & Major projects within the program, designing and supervising the construction and maintenance of buildings, services, and equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in Construction / Engineering / Architecture or related field;
* Professional certification in Project Management or related field;
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or related field;
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills;
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
* Knowledge of EU Procurement legislation, Government construction procurement guidelines, and Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards.
