Operational Excellence Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. They will analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
This role involves working with senior management to develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives. The candidate will draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Operational Excellence Manager will devise strategies for ensuring the growth of both local and global programs and implement process improvements to maximise output and minimise costs. They will collaborate with senior managers in the development of individuals' performance goals and long-term operational plans.
