Main Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and manage appointments using our tailored booking system.
* Answer phone calls and respond to client queries professionally and efficiently.
* Process payments, handle transactions, and maintain end-of-day cash procedures.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the practice.
* Support the team with general administrative duties.
* Develop product knowledge to assist clients with their queries.
