The Role:
* Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, especially in Engineering and Construction.
* Partner with hiring managers to shape and deliver sourcing strategies.
* Use internal ATS along with external tools like LinkedIn Recruiter/ Indeed/ Job Boards to proactively engage top talent.
* Build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
* Share market insights and recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisions.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in talent acquisition.
Engineering or construction recruitment background (desirable).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
Experience recruiting across Ireland, UK & Europe.
