Customer Care Representative (French Speaking)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join a dynamic onsite team environment in
Shannon, Co Clare
.
This role supports order management, inside sales administration, and customer service activities while acting as a key point of contact for pre- and after-sales support.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and Technical Support teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone, email, and web-based support to customers, distributors, dealers, and internal teams regarding: Order status updates, Lead times, Shipments and delivery tracking, Return authorizations, Customer issue resolution
Manage allocated customer accounts and regional support responsibilities.
Support resolution of invoicing and account-related queries.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve business processes.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
Assist with returns, repairs, restocking, and service coordination.
Accurately process and maintain customer information, sales orders, invoices, agreements, and registrations.
Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or similar support role is advantageous.
Experience dealing directly with customers is essential.
Fluent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Additional European language skills would be beneficial.
Basic technical understanding is desirable.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
