We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Receptionist to join us to support our daily projects in Dublin
Monday- Friday from 08:30-17:30
Responsibilities and duties:
* To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
* To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department.
* Answer the company telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
* Responding to emails.
* Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
* To take and deliver messages as necessary.
* To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
* To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
* General Administration duties.
* Teamwork - work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
* Manage the selection of candidates and undertake interviews for required sites.
* Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.
Requirements:
* Good Microsoft Office skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* English fluency, French an advantage
* Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
