Operations & Office Manager (Ireland)

About LED Global
LED Global is a growing supplier of LED lighting and related products for agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, and industrial applications. Our business combines field sales with strong online sales growth, and we are now strengthening our Irish operation with a hands-on, highly capable manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and the office function.
The Role
This is a broad, high-ownership management role based at our Irish warehouse office. You will take charge of daily operations, customer service, internal discipline, and core office processes, ensuring the business runs smoothly, professionally, and with clear accountability.
This role is suited to someone who is comfortable being present, taking responsibility, and making things work, rather than delegating everything immediately.
On-site Requirement
* The role is based at our Irish warehouse office
* Minimum 50% on-site presence (structured, not ad hoc)
* Ideally 100% on-site
* Fully remote working is not suitable for this position
Key Responsibilities (Overview)
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Irish office and warehouse environment
* Sales Team Discipline & Performance Management
* Ensure 100% CRM compliance: all calls, visits, and outcomes logged correctly
* Monitor daily activity and ensure field reps are working full days as expected
* Drive new business activity and ensure reps do not rely solely on inbound website orders
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and warranty matters
* Ensure professional, calm, and effective communication with customers and internal teams
* Support and manage internal discipline and activity standards across the business
* Maintain accurate, organised office and operational processes
Office & Accounting Support
* Prepare payroll for a small team
* Process supplier payments
* Prepare VAT information and liaise with external accountants
* Work confidently with Sage for day-to-day accounting tasks
(This is an operational office role, not a statutory accounting or finance director position.)

Requirements
* Business degree or equivalent experience (Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or similar)
* Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
* Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
* Comfortable working on-site and taking responsibility for daily operations
Nice to Have
* Experience in an SME or operational management role
* Experience in customer service, sales operations, or warehouse-linked environments
* Familiarity with stock control and reporting
