It is part of BCM Global, a prominent European independent mortgage, real estate, and commercial loan servicer expert in providing innovative financial services.BCMGlobal is part of LC Financial Holdings which is one of Europe's premier investors and managers of alternative credit, operating in 10 markets with 1,900 employees.What you'll doBCMGlobal ASI Ltd. are looking for highly motivated individuals to join their Loan Servicing Unit which provides Relationship Management, Cash Disbursement, Account Maintenance, Data Management and Portfolio Reporting services to a large client base. The Loan Admin Analyst will be involved in the following activities:Responsible for Account Maintenance, Data Management, Cash distributions, Validation and Reporting of loans for each assigned portfolio.At pre-agreed intervals and / or as specified under Service Level Agreements, provide clients with bespoke reports detailing various aspects of relevant portfolio. Ensure relevant quality control procedures have been followed to ensure accurate information is reported.Analyse and collate data from different source types and produce quantitative reporting packs using excel, for Client reporting.Respond to inquiries regarding the specific portfolios in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction both internally and externally.Contribute positively towards team and department goals and deadlines and performing other duties and special projects as assigned.To investigate and resolve issues and errors, taking responsibility for ensuring timely resolution of same.Proactive approach and "can do" attitude required.
