The Loan Admin Analyst will be involved in the following activities:Responsible for Account Maintenance, Data Management, Cash distributions, Validation and Reporting of loans for each assigned portfolio.At pre-agreed intervals and / or as specified under Service Level Agreements, provide clients with bespoke reports detailing various aspects of relevant portfolio. Ensure relevant quality control procedures have been followed to ensure accurate information is reported.Analyse and collate data from different source types and produce quantitative reporting packs using excel, for Client reporting.Respond to inquiries regarding the specific portfolios in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction both internally and externally.Contribute positively towards team and department goals and deadlines and performing other duties and special projects as assigned.To investigate and resolve issues and errors, taking responsibility for ensuring timely resolution of same.Proactive approach and "can do" attitude required.
