The key role of a Development Executive is to contribute to the creative development of screen content across both Irish and English languages.
* Support and contribute to a broad portfolio of projects spanning feature film, TV drama, and animation, with an emphasis on Irish language content.
* Provide structured feedback to support creative growth and champion diverse and compelling content for Irish and international audiences.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure consistency, knowledge-sharing, and joined-up working.
* Assist in the rollout of schemes or initiatives aimed at supporting creative talent, storytelling diversity, and project readiness.
