Purpose of Role
To attract new business through sourcing new customers. The employee is responsible for educating their prospects and customers on the benefits of ergonomics, then leveraging that knowledge in the sale of our products and services. The company will provide the employee with leads and contacts. It is expected that the Employee will be vigilant of new sales opportunities in their territory, including new build premises and refurbishments
Key responsibilities:
Outbound Sales
* Sales Support to Senior Account Mangers; Post-Meeting Follow Up, Opportunity Management, Quote preparation, appointment booking.
* Working with account managers to set up a consultative based selling based on understanding client requirements and developing effective solutions.
* Contacting medical practitioners to create a relationship and completing in-service training courses.
* Consistently meet sales targets and KPIs

* Manage and expand existing relationships with clients in person, by phone and email
* Developing new opportunities with existing accounts.
* Manage own calendar and arrange own initial client meetings to introduce service.
* Concise, accurate and efficient updating relevant information in the CRM system
* Identify and connect with prospective clients via various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
* Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.
* Track, manage, and report on lead generation activities to meet and exceed targets
What we're looking for:
* B2B Sales Experience, effective in use of CRM systems
* At least two years outbound sales experience
* Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
* Communicate effectively at managerial level in large companies.
* Result driven, highly competitive and enthusiastic individual.
* Ability to develop new business as well as build and maintain solid client relationships.
* Good Numeracy and PC Literate - MS office/excel/word/outlook.
* Fluency in English language both written and verbal.
