Project Manager Waste Water Programme The Role: We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead high-impact projects within the National Waste Water Programme. This role is critical for upgrading infrastructure to meet environmental compliance and community growth needs. Detailed Responsibilities: End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle from initial through to construction, commissioning, and final asset handover. Framework Management: Lead works within established, ensuring all commercial KPIs, budgetary constraints, and timelines are strictly met. Stakeholder Integration: Act as the primary point of contact for, local authorities, and environmental regulators (EPA) to ensure seamless project execution. Operational Excellence: Oversee onsite health and safety (PSDP/PSCS liaison) and technical quality, mitigating risks before they impact the programme. Technical & Essential Requirements: Education: Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8). Experience: Minimum 57 years in Water/Waste Water (W&WW) project management. Chartership: status or working towards it is highly desirable. IT Literacy: Expert level in MS Project, Excel, and Primavera P6 .
