Lead Nurse Director
Nursing Leadership Opportunity:
Our healthcare organization is seeking a highly experienced Lead Nurse Director to provide strategic leadership for our nursing team in Co Limerick, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and improve the quality of clinical care to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Develop person-centred care plans and monitor clinical practice through regular audits and performance assessments.

Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with 3+ years experience in older adult care.
* Post-registration management qualification in health or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years management experience in healthcare or social care.
