The primary purpose of the role will be to respond to HR queries via a ticketing system, ensure all automated employee data is kept up to date, answer queries relating to benefits etc, deal with issuing contracts, and advising on HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be HR qualified and have a proven track record working in a similar environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI led environment is critical.
