* Delivering high-level culinary preparation in a fast-paced pastry kitchen environment
* Creation of artisanal pastries, desserts, cakes, and teas for various hotel outlets
* Maintenance of rigorous HACCP and sanitisation protocols within the pastry kitchen
* Collaboration with senior kitchen staff on daily operations and running of the area
