To be considered, it is imperative applicants have experience working in practice with Ireland-based clients, and have been working within the practice industry for the past years. Applicants without experience in practice will not be considered.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for upcoming roles, you must have a strong background working in practice accounting. At Hays, we do work on other positions within industry and of a more junior level that will be advertised separately. These positions call for a minimum of 5 years experience working in the practice industry within the Irish market.
Applicants must have exposure to :
* Strong client accounting experience, previous experience managing their own clients and with new client development
* People leadership, People operations, training and development
* Operational management and daily office management
* Client escalation management
* Xero, Big red books or other relevant software
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
