Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 DOE plus bonus and benefits

Key requirements include:
Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification
2+ years’ PQE with relevant audit, assurance, or controls experience
Practice trained or industry internal audit background beneficial
Strong understanding of internal controls and governance processes
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
Motivated self‑starter with strong attention to detail
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, this role will be responsible for:
Audit Delivery: Support the execution of internal audit reviews across finance, operations, and business processes
Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying key risks and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
Reporting: Prepare clear audit findings and recommendations for management review
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with teams across the organisation to support remediation actions and best practice controls
Compliance Support: Assist with reviews relating to governance, policies, and regulatory obligations
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve controls, reporting, and operational efficiency
Follow‑Up Reviews: Track agreed audit actions and ensure timely completion by relevant teams
Ad Hoc Projects: Support wider governance, risk, and assurance initiatives as the business continues to grow
