Job Title: Training Support Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Site Training System.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the continued set up and roll out of the Corporate Training Management System for the Site.
* Design, develop, and manage training materials, curricula, and learning plans.
* Assist in the creation and management of site procedures in accordance with site Training SOP.
* Work with other GMP system owners/administrators on the interfaces with the training administration system.
* Perform activities to manage curriculum creation and maintenance, learning plan management, qualification management, and individual training history maintenance.
* Produce reports from Learning Management System.
Requirements
* Hons Degree in relevant discipline ideally.
* Train the Trainer Qualification.
* Equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
* Advanced MS Office applications and Training database administration.
* Experience with Veeva Vault, LMS systems.
* Familiarity with cGMPs requirements.
* Previous Pharmaceutical industry experience very desirable.
