Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join our organization based in Dublin. This role will report directly into the Group Revenue Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations.
* Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends for each hotel.
* Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
* Liaise with hotel sales and reservations departments as a cohesive team.
* Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates for each hotel.
* Reduce the cost of distribution by identifying new cost-effective means of delivering business for each hotel.
* Responsible for recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and appraisals of reservations staff.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality revenue management.
* Excellent analytical and numeric skills for fast data analysis.
* Ability to work independently in a highly pressured environment.
* Able to develop relationships with third-party vendors and hotel teams.
* Capable of prioritizing between revenue-generating actions and time-consuming tasks.
