Job Description : The Associate Director, Data Engineering Tech Lead plays a pivotal role within our evolving Data Engineering team, leading the strategic implementation of data solutions on AWS for Sun Life High Net Worth (HNW).
You will be responsible for driving the technical vision and execution of cloud-based data architectures, ensuring the platform's scalability, security, and performance while addressing both business and technical requirements.
The successful candidate will be an experienced IT professional who has a passion for solving business problems with data and technology solutions, shows initiative and ownership, and is accountable for results.

Responsibilities Spearhead the implementation, performance finetuning, development, and delivery of data solutions using AWS core data services, driving innovation in Data Engineering, Governance, Integration, and Virtualization.
Develop and implement data management strategies, including Data Pipelines, Data Lakehouse, Data Warehousing, Master Data Management, and Advanced Analytics solutions.
Lead a team of Data Engineers, overseeing all technical aspects of AWS-based data systems, ensuring end-to-end delivery of data solutions.
