We're recruiting for an experienced Payroll & Expenses Manager to join a leading global organisation.
This is a high-visibility role supporting Irish, UK and international payroll activity, with involvement in digital transformation and a new HR/Payroll system rollout.
What you'll do:
* Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 160+ Irish staff
* Liaise with UK payroll providers for 30 employees
* Process expenses, BIK, pensions, bonuses and share schemes
* Oversee Revenue/HMRC submissions, ERR reporting and compliance
* Prepare payroll journals and reconcile employee cost reports
* Maintain employee records and support onboarding/offboarding
* Work closely with HR on headcount, CSRD, healthcare and share schemes
* Support AI and digital finance transformation projects
What you'll need:
* 5+ years payroll experience (multinational ideal)
* Strong Irish & UK payroll legislation knowledge
* IPASS qualification
* Experience with payroll systems (Sage Micropay, CoreHR, BrightPay etc.)
* Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Dynamics) & expense tools (Concur etc.)
* Excellent Excel and reporting skills
* Strong accuracy, communication and problem-solving ability
