Job Summary The Junior Site Engineer will play a key role in supporting the Senior Site Engineer and site management team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their engineering career to gain hands-on experience and develop technical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities Assist with accurate site setting out, including levels, measurements, and reference points for construction work.
Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
Conduct inspections and maintain quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare daily site reports, maintain site records, and support documentation required for handovers.
Promote and adhere to all health and safety guidelines on-site.
Assist in managing site materials, deliveries, and resource allocation.
Provide technical advice to site operatives and address site engineering queries.
Support the Senior Site Engineer with project planning, technical solutions, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Familiarity with Auto CAD, surveying software, and MS Office Suite.
Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
02 years experience in a site engineering role (internship or work placement experience highly desirable).
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Full, clean driving licence is essential.
