Contract Type: Full Time Permanent
Contract Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary Scale: €37,060 to €54,111 pro rata per annum. Pay scale is subject to increase in 2026.
Overview of the Post
Staff Nurse RNID to provide residential respite to families of children and young adults with disabilities in North Tipperary. The role is coordinated by the RRM/Service Coordinator and requires working evenings and weekends.

Essential Criteria
Qualified nursing RNID in Ireland
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Must maintain registration with NMBI during employment and provide evidence annually
Experience in person‑centred health or social care
Clinical and administrative capacity to discharge role duties
Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to drive service transport
Basic IT skills
Desirable Criteria
‘D1’ licence or willingness to obtain ‘D’ or ‘D1’ licence
Experience with adults or children with disabilities
Experience in a residential/respite setting
