Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join their team. This role supports senior leadership in driving business performance, operational efficiency, and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with major area leaders to monitor performance metrics and product adoption.
2. Develop and manage KPIs and scorecards across teams.
3. Analyse data trends and support plans to address customer risks and low adoption.
4. Oversee headcount and budget planning in collaboration with finance.
5. Prepare leadership for key meetings and ensure consistent reporting and planning cadences.
6. Lead strategy and planning session coordination.
7. Drive internal communications strategy aligned with company culture and priorities.
8. Foster a collaborative, fun, and performance-driven team culture.
9. Support leadership participation in internal events and digital engagement.
Requirements:
10. Experience with AI integration in business processes.
11. Strong background in operations or program management (preferably in consulting/professional services).
12. Skilled in budgeting, stakeholder management, and communications.
13. Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
