Key Responsibilities:
* Support business development by preparing high-quality submissions for prequalification.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
* Develop and improve systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Marketing or a related field (Level 6 or above essential).
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction and civil engineering industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
