About the Role:
We are hiring passionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our community care team in Carlow. You will be helping older people and individuals with additional needs live independently in their own homes.
This is a community-based role, so a full driver's license and your own car are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care in clients' homes
* Assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship
* Follow care plans and communicate any concerns
* Promote independence, dignity, and well-being

What You'll Need:
* QQI Level 5 modules in Care of the Older Person and Care Skills or
* 1+ year of care experience and willingness to train)
* Full driver's license and access to a car
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
