Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Quality Professional to oversee the quality functions for our Membrane Area.

The Role
This position reports directly to the Membrane QA Manager and involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our products while fostering a positive team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and develop assigned Q.A. staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
* Foster a positive team culture through open communication and feedback, promoting collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Provide quality support in Membrane initiatives, ensuring products meet ongoing quality, compliance, and customer requirements.
* Oversee the Quality Management System in the Membrane plant, aligning with site QMS and ensuring effective use, compliance with relevant corporate procedures, and continuous improvement.
* Support the Membrane Operations team in troubleshooting, process development, and compliance improvement programs.
* Facilitate the Membrane Operations continuous improvement process, implementing appropriate quality reviews and improvement plans.
* Ensure efficient closure of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, audit observations, and customer complaints.
* Promote awareness of quality and customer expectations throughout the Membrane Operation.
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver on operational commitments from a Quality compliance and improvement perspective.
