Site Manager
Residential projects require a skilled professional to manage the entire process from start to finish. As a site manager, you will oversee the construction process, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The responsibilities of this role include:
* End-to-end management of internal and external works, including coordination of subcontractors, programming and progress management, quality control, snagging, and handover management.
* Leadership and maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, monitoring RAMS, toolbox meetings, plant movement, and housekeeping.
This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent trades background.
