Salary: Up to €80,000 DOE

As Site Manager, you will take charge of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards that have become the company's hallmark.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site operations, coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
* Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure best practice on site.
* Monitor programme and budget, resolving issues to keep the project on track.
* Ensure excellent quality standards and smooth handover of units.
About You
* Experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential housing or apartment developments.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing.
* Proven leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality.
