Overview
Our technology client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 5-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all candidate and hiring managers activities throughout the recruitment process.
Fully remote work option available.
Responsibilities
Support interview scheduling, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate interview logistics - sending invites, booking rooms, organising Video Conferencing etc
Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system (ATS)
Creation of required employment documentation
Request and prepare background checks with internal teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Participate in projects and initiatives as required
Experience Required
2+ years related experience
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Microsoft outlook experience required (scheduling, calendar, etc.)
Experience using an HRIS or Applicant Tracking Database (Workday preferable)
Excellent attention to detail
