Sr. Program Manager, EU Brand Owner Growth

Are you ready to drive the success of over 100,000 brand owners across 10 EU stores, representing 80% of Amazon's European business? We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Program Manager to join our high-impact team and lead end-to-end projects that increase new selection success and enhance seller experience on a massive scale.

In this influential role, you will be at the forefront of improving how thousands of sellers create high-quality content listings for their most valuable products. You'll work independently to manage a variety of stakeholders across functional teams, both within and outside your region. Your ability to dive deep into complex data sets will be crucial as you develop and launch solutions that drive actions on behalf of sellers, ultimately improving their experience with our programs and contributing to the success of overall 3P business.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with a strong bias for action and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable managing ambiguity, demonstrating high judgment, and identifying new opportunities to support our selling partners across 10 diverse European marketplaces. Your role will contribute to shaping the long-term strategy for new selection success and growth, requiring you to anticipate and respond to both selling partner and customer needs on a scale that impacts millions of customers and hundreds of thousands of businesses.

This role can be based from one of our corporate office locations in Luxembourg, London or Munich.


Key job responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end projects focused on increasing new selection success and improving seller experience
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and drive decision-making
• Work independently to manage and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple functional teams
• Develop and implement strategies to help sellers create high-quality content listings for their most valuable products
• Design and launch innovative solutions that drive actions on behalf of sellers
• Contribute to the long-term strategy for enhancing seller experience and program effectiveness
• Prioritize effectively across multiple areas and communicate clearly at all levels of the organization


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
