Responsibilities
* You will advise your team on providing solutions that align with customer business goals while addressing any barriers that stand in the way.
* You will supervise your team as they monitor customer health, retention risks, action plans, and consultative guidance.
* You will engage and build relationships with customers for leadership support, success optimization, and sponsorship.
* You will advise your team on efficient and accurate alignment of resources for specific customer business needs, ensuring coverage for potential customer issues/solutions within scope.
* You will advocate for customers by gathering customer feedback, coordinating team resources to address issues, identify solutions, and drive customer progress with product outcomes.
* You will provide supervision as your team partners with Sales and Engineering teams to retain customers.
* You will drive employee growth and development while managing performance for members of your team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
* Customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer facing leadership role.
