Membership Sales Representative Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our membership acquisition and engagement team as a Sales Development Representative – Membership Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior HR executives and contribute to the growth of our executive community.
The Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research CHROs and HR leaders in large organisations who fit our membership profile.
* Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism and HubSpot to support structured prospecting.
* Track engagement, manage outreach activity, and maintain up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot.
* Support event invitations and follow-up communications with prospects and their assistants.
* Contribute to improving outreach approaches based on data, feedback, and team collaboration.
Requirements
* Experience:
* At least 3 years in sales support, business development, or lead generation - ideally in B2B or professional services.
* Ideal experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director level and above) in large organisations.
* Background in HR, professional services, recruitment, or membership-based businesses is an advantage.
* Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence in outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging).
* Comfortable using or learning tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and HubSpot.
* Attention to detail and discipline in managing data and CRM records.
* Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
* Collaborative mindset, open to learning from others and contributing to team success.
